Operations Associate – Mortgage Loan Servicing

Location: Manhattan, NY 10010 (Hybrid – NY/NJ candidates preferred)

Duration: 6-month contract (possibility of extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (40 hours/week) Hybrid

Pay Rate: $38/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Associate (Mortgage Loan Servicing) to join a four-member Mortgage Loan team. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive transactions in a high-volume environment. The individual will support the servicing, accounting, and reporting of a diverse portfolio of up to 150 commercial and industrial mortgage loans while working within established procedures and controls.
