About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Vice President, Lloyd Thermal and Conventional Heavy Oil (LTCHO) Operations, the Operations Business Analyst works across LTCHO asset teams to improve operational efficiency, streamline information flow, and support effective execution. This Calgary based position will enable data-driven decision-making, support strategic and operational initiatives, facilitate governance, track project and portfolio progress, and drive process and governance improvements across cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do:
Partner with LTCHO leadership to improve operational efficiency, information flow, and execution effectiveness.
Support the delivery of strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide data-driven insights by analyzing materials and translating complex operational data for senior leadership.
