OPERATIONS CENTER MANAGER

Role Summary

The Operations Center Manager serves as the command and control of the Philippine Red Cross. This role oversees three vital components of the 24/7 Operations Center—Dispatch, Operations Monitoring, and Data & GIS —while integrating the core elements that drive PRC: Volunteers, Logistics, and Information Technology . The Manager ensures that when disaster strikes, the organization responds instantly, accurately, and effectively—embodying the PRC’s mission to be Always First, Always Ready, Always There .

The ideal candidate combines operational leadership with technical vision and the ability to design systems that activate thousands of volunteers, move critical assets, and leverage real-time information in high-stakes moments. They must have the clarity and composure to work directly with top leadership and execute at speed under pressure.
