Operations Centre Analyst

Support with monitoring Public, private, chartered School, and college operations activities by using intelligent transportation systems such as managing, and Monitoring systems notification & reporting generated by systems to ensure the safety of the transporters. Support with coordinating with business performance management to improve the processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all surveillance systems to ensure continuous operation and compliance.
• Monitor school bus regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to applicable standards.
• Monitor bus tracking systems and real-time vehicle movement.
• Monitor, analyse, and report fleet incidents.
• Monitor installation activities for all surveillance systems.
• Provide surveillance system maintenance, including troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Perform UTS onboarding for new vehicles and sites, and provide ongoing UTS maintenance and support.
