Operations Co-Ordinator

Josh's Rainbow Eggs is a proudly Australian, family-owned business and a leader in sustainable, truly free-range egg farming. We are seeking a 2 hands-on, commercially minded individuals to work directly with the Operations Manager, across the farm and grading facilities to help drive performance, safety, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across farm, grading room, sales, packaging and dispatch functions to ensure smooth daily operations

• Capture and analyse operational data on an hourly and daily basis, translating insights into action

• Coordinate workplace safety, food safety, quality assurance, and compliance activities

• Oversee and enforce biosecurity standards across all areas of the business

• Identify operational challenges, investigate root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
