Operations Co-ordinator/Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the State Manager is kept updated on all matters relevant to the efficient operation of the Cowan Group.
• Schedule, assign, coordinate, and follow up on job schedules to ensure consistent client/customer satisfaction and to meet KPI’s.
• Ensure all interactions with insurance companies, their agents and insureds are updated in the Cowan Group Customer Relationship Database as well as relevant insurance company or agent reporting systems as necessary.
