Operations Co-Pilot / Executive Assistant
We're looking for an operations-first co-pilot to work directly with the founder on running and growing an ambitious consumer brand. This role is the backbone of the business, the person who helps keep the machine running day to day while also improving how the machine works.
Operations is the core. Customer support, logistics, back office tasks, and general support to the founder are part of it. On top of that, you'll help develop and run small projects that directly support growth. This is a high-trust, high-context role with real impact.
Some in-person work (Palermo, Buenos Aires) is highly valuable, especially early on, to accelerate onboarding and decision-making.
