Crucial to the effective running of the department, you will be focused on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. Reporting in to our Assistant Head Coach - Operations you will:

  • Ensure payroll compliance, create rosters and zone charts, and adhere to cash management standards
  • Assist the store to achieve financial objectives
