Job Description
We are working with a Surrey based Interior Design agency to help them find an Operations & Compliance Manager to help run their busy studio. This is an office based role that offers no hybrid working. This is a broad role with a core focus of ensuring that the agency functions in a smooth way. You will focus on a number of key areas: Facilities Management – maintain the upkeep of the studio and showroom, including co-ordinating repairs, and managing lease renewals including negotiating with the landlord. Legal and Company administration – co-ordinating contract renewals with lawyers, negotiating insurance renewals and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other ISO accreditation. Logistics Co-ordination – liaising with their offices in the Middle East and ensuring efficient and cost effective delivery of freight and packages including negotiating competitive delivery costs and timely delivery.
