Operations Control Specialist

The suitable candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations. The position requires a sound understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, strong organizational skills, project management experience, attention to detail and ability to interact across a range of stakeholders. This is not a managerial role, we are looking for a well-established subject matter expert who is able to apply their understanding of MiFIR to our growing business.

Principal Responsibilities

Member of a team that monitors the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations, including:

  • MiFID II trade and transaction reporting
  • MAS OTC Derivative reporting
  • Short Selling disclosures
  • Substantial Shareholder disclosures
  • TakeOver Panel disclosures
  • REMIT reporting
