* Perform order follow-ups and ensure timely status updates across departments

* Coordinate with production, sales, QC, and logistics teams to track order execution

* Maintain accurate order status dashboards and trackers

* Analyze operational data and highlight delays, gaps, and exceptions

* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting
