Operations Coordinator – Accommodation & Hospitality (Remote)

Sunday to 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) with a 30-minute break

Corporate Keys Group is an established accommodation provider specialising in fully furnished, self‑contained apartments and boutique hotel stays throughout Melbourne.

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a reliable and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations across housekeeping, maintenance, guest arrivals, and property administration.

This role suits someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving, and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage planning calendars and scheduling to ensure efficient property turnaround

Coordinate housekeeping cleans and resets with external contractors, and follow up on incomplete or unassigned tasks
