Operations Coordinator / Admin

Key Responsibilities:

•Operational Admin Support:

Provide general administrative support to the operations team by coordinating internal processes and assisting with the implementation of operational plans.

Assist in the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

• Assist in Project Coordination:

Work closely with project teams to ensure deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and any issues are identified and resolved promptly.

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth execution.

• Help in Process Improvement:

Help identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations.

Assist in the implementation of new procedures, policies, and best practices to improve workflow and productivity.
