About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager – Operations, this role is responsible for coordinating deliveries of multi‑functional devices and printers. Working closely with our logistics partners, account managers, supply chain and service teams, this role will ensure that customer expectations can be met in the timeframe provided, contributing to the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
