What You'll Do:

• Coordinate the deployment of our operations team to successfully deliver against complex client and business requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact, providing project support to both internal teams and clients.
• Establish, follow, and continuously improve operational processes.
• Forecast revenue and manage team utilisation to optimize team performance.
• Support quoting, proposals, and seamless handovers through the project cycle (Sales Execution Close out).
• Process and approve Ops Team’s expenses, timesheets, etc.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with our team, clients, suppliers, contractors and casual staff.
