As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the glue holding our global operations together. One hour, you might be coordinating an interview between a candidate in NY and a client in Tokyo; the next, you're refining our CRM or helping launch a marketing campaign.
Your Mission
● The Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for international candidates and clients, ensuring a white-glove experience throughout the hiring journey.
● The Organizer: Manage complex, multi-timezone calendars and schedule interviews across various digital platforms.
● The Builder: Help design and implement internal processes—if you see a manual task that can be automated, we want you to fix it.
