Role and Responsibilities 

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the store by assisting with its administrative tasks. This person will partner with store management, vendors and the Citarella administrative team daily on all relevant store needs. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, time management skills and relentless organization acting as a behind the scenes conductor for administrative store flow. 

  • Enter and receive store orders and DSD orders in partnership with management and Packing team.
  • Compile, review, and distribute daily bills to the Accounting department for recordkeeping.
  • Communicate with vendors on bills that are unpaid or delinquent.
  • Collect manifests from delivery trucks and distribute them to appropriate departments for review.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through daily counts.
  • Opentickets after management approval and follow through on their resolution.
