- Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations tasks, such as scheduling, logistics, and staff management.
- Helps assigned teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain records for all operational activities and ensure that all documents are filed properly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
- Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation
- Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings
Skills and Qualities:
- Pro-active
- Good communication skills
- With handling people experience
