Operations Coordinator

At Mar Recruitment , a consultancy specialized in maritime, offshore, and energy sectors, we are currently looking for a Operations Coordinator to join a major Oil & Gas project in Tarragona .

Role Description

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all shorebase logistics activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of material handling, vessel operations, yard and warehouse activities, and interface with offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate quayside loading and offloading operations for supply vessels.
• Plan and supervise yard, warehouse, and CCU movements.
• Ensure logistics documentation (manifests, delivery tickets, backload records) is correctly prepared.
• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking systems (e.g. Kabal / WELS).
