Job Description

A global fintech company is hiring an Operations Coordinator to support a high-impact operations initiative. This is a 6–12 month project-based role focused on the back-end management of 100 complex licensing and revenue agreements.

This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience working in Salesforce, and the ability to manage large volumes of structured work independently. You’ll help split bundled deals into separate product agreements, update system records, and assist with light contract creation using internal templates.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze 100+ existing deals to identify and separate licenses
  • Create and update agreement templates accordingly (no legal writing required)
  • Support license creation for each product stream when necessary
