Operations Coordinator

Overview

Digital Systems & Data Integrity: Serve as the regional administrator for the internal system across all South East Asia bases. Act as the focal point for the deployment and oversight of internal systems and GPS tracking hardware/software. Enforce data consistency across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Indonesia Operations Coordination: Act as the primary focal point for all Indonesia-related operations. Ensure seamless communication between regional management and local teams. Follow through on logistics requirements and administrative tasks specific to Indonesia.

QA/QC & Asset Maintenance Support: Manage quality control requirements in Kemaman to ensure rental assets are ready for deployment. Assess the condition of returned assets and coordinate maintenance with the technical team. Ensure all inspection records are digitized and uploaded correctly.
