- Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
- Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
- Promote the clients' products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
- Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
- Compliance with agreed client KPIs
- Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, clients, representatives, and the whole team
- Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage
- Plan concerning the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
- Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, clients, representatives, and retail outlet
