About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Field Associate who will support day-to-day on-ground operations, vendor coordination, and field execution for Dr. Morepen Home. This role involves visiting partners, assisting with operational setups, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build and coordinate partnerships with pharmacies, hospitals, vendors, partner clinics, and RWAs
Support dark store setups, launch support, and operational readiness
Assist in organizing and executing health camps and on-ground activities
Develop a basic understanding of what Dr. Morepen Home does and be able to explain it clearly to partners and stakeholders
Meet doctors to ensure they have required medical supplies and materials for patient visits
Coordinate and manage handover of supplies to doctors as needed
