JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for coordinating operations and maintenance needs of company assets including, but not limited to, the activities listed below for this market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate activities of the Operations Department and distributes daily work assignments.Address requests of client, management and sales staff requests to ensure a successful outcome.Monitor field performance, quality performance of installation crews.Maintain daily work reports as needed.Ensure the timely and accurate completion of photos for proof-of-performance.Maintain completion records of all copies installed.Coordinate work with sub-contractors to ensure timely copy and inventory installation and removals.Coordinate delivery of materials to facility.Maintain accurate records of all copy inventory and storage.Responsible for shipping and recei...
