This role focuses on RGA processing, customer post-sale support, and logistics coordination with the warehouse team. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities 1. RGA Processing & Customer Support Manage and process Return Goods Authorization (RGA) requests Communicate with customers regarding return approvals, replacement status, and credits Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper return inspection and documentation Maintain accurate RGA records in the system 2.
