Job Description

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, and ensure timely communication across teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
