Job Description
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations and financial processes for the Max Production product line. This position is responsible for managing customer orders and subscriptions, overseeing invoicing and billing activities, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records. The Operations Coordinator also provides general operational support to increase efficiency by streamlining internal workflows and improving the customer experience by ensuring accurate customer billing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing order and subscription lifecycles, financial transactions, and administrative functions to support overall business efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices based on service agreements and monitoring data.
β’ Reconcile billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues promptly.
β’ Maintain up-to-date financial and administrative records, including contracts, purchase orders, and service documentation.
β’ Support reporting, budgeting, and month-end close processes.
β’ Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, document management, and communication tracking.
β’ Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
β’ Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

β’ Collaborate with Max Production product team.
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ 3β10 years of experience in administrative, billing, or accounting support roles.
β’ 1β2 years of oilfield or industrial services experience preferred
β’ Experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support within the oil and gas or industrial services sector. Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Data as a Service (DaaS) businesses is strongly preferred.
β’ High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
β’ Familiarity with oilfield terminology, service tickets, and field operations documentation is an asset.
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to work effectively alone, or within a group
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
β’ Strong Communication skills
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken English.
β’ Strong proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
