Job Description

oAnswer professionally phone calls.
o Handle and resolve customer complaints.

o Provide customers with company’s product and service information.

o Filing, and create a file for each client
o Follow up on contract renewal and dates of the contracts.

o Prepare sales quotations and follow up on signed contracts.

o Schedule and coordinate site visits and technician’s appointments.

o Prepare yearly calendar.

o Responsible of purchase and follow up of office equipment, supplies, IT issues and keep records.

o Keep Record details of data base and comments, inquiries, complaints and action taken.

o Follow up on money collection and invoices in accordance with the accounting department.

o Responsible for maintaining company’s files in accordance with QMS.

o Performs other administrative tasks as requested.
