As an Operations Coordinator you will be part of an Ops team that delivers insurance and health services at scale, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Care and other teams.
Responsibilities- Run our Insurance or Health services processes — operate processes and act as Ops Runners
- Day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of operations
- Flag risks and opportunities and support prioritisation
In detail, your missions are
- Operating our processes : invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and via documentation)
- Defining and owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, risks and areas for improvement, with internal teams or service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in negotiations and ensuring business continuity
- Performing controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needs
- Escalating feedback and helping prioritise initiatives to improve processes and services
Continuous improvement (about 20–30% of time): work with product teams to automate processes, improve external communications, audit processes, and explore automation opportunities.
Experience & Skills- Experience in operating processes and services , especially for companies in scale-up or industrial/logistics contexts
- Support functions experience (Customer Support, People Operations, etc.)
- Customer-facing experience (e.g., account manager or Customer Success communications)
- Event coordination experience
- Passionate about delivering and optimizing top-notch operations , hands-on with technical processes to make them clear and delightful
- Problem-solver with a dig-deep mindset focused on member and customer satisfaction
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English and French (C1+), with empathy
- Independent work style in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable with flexibility to changing situations
- Nice to have : experience in insurance or healthcare; some analytics skills to work with data
Based in France, Belgium or Spain
Run organisation & PoolsOur Run organisation consists of pools (3–7 runners) responsible for specific scopes such as Alan therapy , Claims , Fraud , and Set up . An Operations Coordinator may join a pool and shift scopes over time based on Alan’s needs and personal interests.
Experience LevelWe are aiming to hire within the A2-B level range.
