We are looking for an Operations Coordinator. This position requires being in the office 5 days a week. Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Operations Coordinator (OC) plays an important role in the day‑to‑day operations of the office. They are the point of contact and handle a wide variety of client support tasks. The OC is responsible for handling requests and follow‑ups, scheduling, courier, mail and scanning of documents, producing basic reports. They support the advisor and team and also act as the primary liaison for on‑site support and with technology support.
