Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Business Operations. This role blends executive support, project coordination, and operational responsibilities, offering a platform to expand your skills and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications for the Head of Business Operations
  • Coordinate and minute key committee meetings (Finance, WHS, Security) and track follow-ups
  • Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and operational documentation
  • Lead systems implementation initiatives and assist with change management across departments
  • Manage site safety, liaise with security providers, and oversee WHS processes
  • Coordinate logistics for programs, events, uniform stock, and general administration
