Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize meetings; prepare agendas, materials, and minutes
  • Assist in planning and tracking council projects and activities
  • Support event coordination (e.g., webinars, quiz shows, conventions)
  • Handle communication with members, speakers, and partners
  • Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation of activities
  • Process financial documents and coordinate with Finance and Admin teams
  • Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) an advantage
  • Collaborate with other Secretariat units to ensure smooth implementation
  • Provide general support during organization-wide events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Public Admin, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in admin, coordination, or events support
