Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize meetings; prepare agendas, materials, and minutes
- Assist in planning and tracking council projects and activities
- Support event coordination (e.g., webinars, quiz shows, conventions)
- Handle communication with members, speakers, and partners
- Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation of activities
- Process financial documents and coordinate with Finance and Admin teams
- Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) an advantage
- Collaborate with other Secretariat units to ensure smooth implementation
- Provide general support during organization-wide events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Public Admin, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in admin, coordination, or events support
