The Role

The Operations Coordinator schedules all insulation and brick hardware jobs across Perth and the Southwest. This role supports internal teams and ensures excellent customer service.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Liaise with installers, builders and site managers to confirm bookings and resolve enquiries
• Review purchase orders and help process invoicing
• Enter and manage job details in ABN software systems
• Estimation of jobs and issue orders to suppliers and installers
