Our client is a fast‑growing technology business seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support project delivery, customer support and office operations. This role offers a clear pathway into Project Management and suits someone eager to learn and grow.

About the Role
  • Coordinate project tasks: scheduling, documentation, onboarding and invoicing
  • Support project managers on delivery across multiple sectors
  • Assist with resource mobilisation, reporting and light support tasks
  • Manage travel, inductions, training and general office coordination
  • Maintain project and operational records
  • Work closely with delivery, support and engineering teams
  • You Will Bring
  • Experience in admin, project coordination(highly desirable) or operations support
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Great communication and a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems (MS Project/NetSuite a bonus)
  • Interest in building a career in project management
