Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and executing tasks related to facilities management. However, depending on operational needs, the role may also require partial or full focus on fleet management and/or warehouse coordination. This position ensures that all facilities and warehouse environments are operational, well-maintained, clean, organized, and safe for all personnel. These same standards are extended to fleet assets as a supporting responsibility. The Operations Coordinator collaborates closely with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to plan and execute facilities maintenance, safety inspections, workplace adjustments, and warehouse operations, while also supporting limited fleet activities, including vehicle coordination and rentals as needed.
