You would most probably be a customer of our client. They play an important role in Singapores public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world class.
Scope of Position :
Manning of Helpdesk:
- Manning Helpdesk and assist in answering telephone calls.
- Record all problems and issues raised as well as actions taken in system.
- Assist in disseminating messages/instructions to the other offices
- Monitor log-on/log off time and sales equipment status. Report if there is discrepancy in the system.
- Handle enquiries from customers
- Make calls to internal or external customers for case follow up
Duties Pertaining to offices located islandwide:
