As an Operations Coordinator (Marine Fleet), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Fleet Operations & Compliance (Singapore): Manage MPA and PSA registry administration, vessel permits and renewals, and coordinate required surveys and inspections, including routine onboard checks to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Commercial & Procurement Support: Prepare and track sales quotations, coordinate procurement of parts, services, and bunkers, and manage purchase orders and service agreements.
• Stakeholder & Crew Management: Act as main liaison with tugboat owners and vessel principals, manage crew rosters and compliance, maintain crew records, and build strong relationships with clients, owners, and regulators.
