Some of the things you’ll be doing

  • Hold safety and environmental protection as a value

  • Preparation of monthly, weekly and quarterly reports / meeting agenda for the team

  • Assist in TMSA audits preparation

  • Provide and analyze raw data / slides for Quarterly Management Reviews (QMR) and Quarterly alerts

  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by Line Manager 

  • Administer Near Miss and Incident reports by checking completeness, following up with vessels for missing information, and updating the system in a timely manner.

  • Maintain HSEQ system for audits, incidents, corrective actions, and LTI-free days, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up with action owners.

  • Compile vessel inputs for monthly HSEQ meetings, draft meeting minutes, and publish responses and minutes on the Ship Management Collaboration Portal.
