Description

The Production Manager oversees production planning, analyzing customer demand and converting it into a detailed plan based on available capacity. This includes monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines to meet customer expectations.

This critical role involves identifying potential risks that may impact the fulfillment of production plans, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders including both internal teams and external clients.

• Validate compliance with volume and mix targets in production programs to satisfy required customer orders.
• Create schedules for each client ensuring finished goods are stocked in warehouses ready for shipment.
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with established KPIs, coordinating regular shipping logistics including premium freight options when necessary.
• Evaluate adherence to procedural guidelines such as YF iOS, MMSA, MMOG, ISO TS during audits to ensure seamless operations?

p>A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
p>Main area of study should be Industrial Engineering or International Trade although other related fields may also be acceptable..< / p >
