  • Working Hours: UK hours: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM (8 hours with 1-hour break), Monday – Friday.
  • Hours may adjust with UK time changes.
  • Administrative preparation can be done in the early hours, with client correspondence scheduled from 8:00 AM UK time.

The Company is an established Fire & Security company based in Southend, Essex, UK. With several years of growth and an expanding client base, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Job Coordinator to support our Service and Small Works departments.

About the Departments

Service Department

Our Service team arranges routine visits for engineers to test fire and security systems. Responsibilities include reviewing jobs on our CRM system (SimPRO), compiling job details for engineers, booking appointments with clients, and ensuring permits and risk/method statements are prepared. Most bookings are via email, with occasional client calls.
