The Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech‑capable Operations Coordinator to execute and maintain our marketing systems, customer communications, and backend operational workflows. This is a hands‑on execution role. Strategy, copy, and SOPs are provided by the company – this role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring systems day to day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital platforms, automations, and online business systems, and who can reliably follow processes while identifying and flagging issues when they arise.

Requirements

Education:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience:

  • 3 year experience in operations, marketing support, or systems-focused virtual roles.
