Join us at Loadshift, an innovative tech-logistics company under the thirteen-time Webby award-winning umbrella. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be delivering superior value to our clients with the main objective to grow accounts.


We’re looking for a dependable, proactive Support Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You’ll help keep Australia’s freight moving over the weekend, supporting customers, monitoring jobs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly into the week.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, is confident on the phone, and likes working independently while still being part of a close, supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide operational coverage (5 working days) 4 days throughout the week and at least 1 day on the weekend
Monitor active transport jobs and assist customers to keep loads moving
Communicate with shippers and carriers by phone and email to resolve issues
Escalate urgent matters and record weekend updates for the weekday team
Support the Operations team with admin and coordination tasks

What We’re Looking For
You’re confident speaking on the phone and enjoy helping people
You’re organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently on weekends
You can stay calm under pressure and think quickly to solve problems
You enjoy being part of a team and learning as you go
Bonus: Experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is a plus
