Operations Coordinator (Weekend Support)

We're looking for a dependable, proactive Support Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You'll help keep Australia's freight moving over the weekend, supporting customers, monitoring jobs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly into the week.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, is confident on the phone, and likes working independently while still being part of a close, supportive team.

• Provide operational coverage (5 working days) 4 days throughout the week and at least 1 day on the weekend
• Monitor active transport jobs and assist customers to keep loads moving
• Communicate with shippers and carriers by phone and email to resolve issues
