What you'll be doing
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proactively communicating with the team to find solutions
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones
Prepare and distribute regular progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators and action items
Assist in the development and implementation of project management procedures and best practices
Provide administrative support, including document control, contract management, and filing
Collaborate with the wider team to improve overall project efficiency and effectiveness
