What you'll be doing

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proactively communicating with the team to find solutions

  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones

  • Prepare and distribute regular progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators and action items

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management procedures and best practices

  • Provide administrative support, including document control, contract management, and filing

  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve overall project efficiency and effectiveness
