The Role

Sitting in the Customer Service division, you will be responsible for: 
  • Developing and maintaining productive and positive relationships with clients
  • Acting as the liaison between the Sales, Operations and Account Management team for the Customer in regard to their account queries providing regular updates in accordance with the companies SOP’s
  • Ensuring the smooth transition of a new client into the business 
  • Communicating account needs to internal stakeholders 
  • Shipment information
  • Order status/ updates
  • Grievances/complaints
  • Monitoring ongoing claims
