**Summary**
The Material Lead Coordinator I is responsible for leading a team of Operations Coordinator's performing clerical functions within the warehouse environment. Person will serve as first point of contact for general administrative follow-up, and immediate support group needs.
**Essential Functions**
+ Monitor email/phones for communication from internal and external customers.
+ Assist team members and escalate issues as needed
+ Complete documents, reports, and metrics as required
+ Ensure completion of all daily tasks by team members
+ Ensure processes are being followed by all team members
+ Ensure information is being share and escalated timely to team members, and internal and external customers.
