What You’ll Be Doing (The Impact)

• Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring they feel heard and valued from order to delivery.

• Retail Liaison: Partner with our retail associates to ensure they have the information and support they need to hit their goals.

• Production Bridge: You’ll be the one hitting print—literally and figuratively. You’ll manage the flow of production slips and ensure the operations team knows exactly what needs to be built or shipped next.
