Operations & Customer Experience Manager
We are looking for an Operations & Customer Experience Manager responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, high client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the business. This role exists to own end-to-end operations, customer support, and service quality.
You will be leading the Operations, Customer Service, and Processing teams to ensure clients are onboarded smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and internal processes support business growth without compromising quality or control.
