Operations & Customer Service Coordinator


We are looking for a young and dynamic individual to join in an Operations and Customer Service role. The selected candidate will be responsible for:



Answering calls and coordinating Photography and Valuation service bookings



Scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth follow-up and execution



Handling client queries and resolving issues



Assisting with admin panel management



Providing support to real estate agencies and platform users



Requirements:



1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Account Management



Fluent in Arabic and English



Strong organizational and communication skills
