Operations & Data Analyst

RivetStays is a Toronto-based premium short- and mid-term rental operator. We run a data-driven hospitality business and are building internal systems that scale.

We’re hiring an Operations & Data Analyst to handle a wide range of internal operational, business, and data tasks — from ad-hoc ops work and data cleanup, to writing SQL and maintaining dashboards in Metabase / Looker Studio.

This is a generalist execution role with a strong analytics component. Work is internal (not customer-facing) and varies week to week.

What You’ll Do

You will own a mix of operational and analytical work, including:

- Execute ad-hoc internal operational and business tasks

(updating documents, filling forms, maintaining logs, moving data between systems)

- Clean, format, and maintain data in Google Sheets

- Scrub and standardize operational data (addresses, listings, bookings, records...
